These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Grid governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, APIs, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the “Platform”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, AND OUR OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES, ALL OF WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental directive

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to use the Platform:
